Although I was born in Havlíčkův Brod, I have lived in Kutná Hora, a beautiful historical town, for most of my life. When I was ten I passed the admission tests for the Open Gate eight-year grammar school, where I spent eight years living and learning, enjoying generous support provided by The Kellner Family Foundation. The school became a new home for me and opened up an opportunity for me to continue my education abroad.
I have always been interested in art, but in recent years I have been mainly inclined towards drawing, in addition to music; I also started to create digital artwork in addition to paper and canvas. This is why I decided in the end to go for Illustration and Graphics and dreamed of studying in the United Kingdom. Again, the Foundation has helped me to continue in this dream, and even at a university situated in the beautiful, historically important city of Coventry, which is also a very highly ranked university for teaching art and design.
