The Next Step…

Unicorn College as my school keeps me very busy all the time. Studying two grades in one year is harder than I thought and imagined. I am attending five subjects from second year and four from the third and last year of my studies. I do my best throughout all the year and also exams in the end of previous semester I did most of my tests quite good. Having wonderful year abroad made my studies half year longer, therefore there is one whole last year of studying at Unicorn College from now.

Since I came back to Czech Republic I got many opportunities to work as well. So many I never got when I needed them the most. So, except school I started to work in several part timed jobs. I took so many of them without realizing how busy I already am. School schedule was planned for almost every day in a week and now was the time just to fill the breaks and free afternoons or evenings. I did that perfectly with following job opportunities. There was no free time in my agenda even for myself. One of the first interesting opportunities I got was job as a hostess in O2 Arena where I could participate in several concerts or sport events I wouldn’t get into as an audience. Second job I got was month experience in PPF bank where I did something totally different than I was used to till now. Also job within Fitness environment gave me a huge opportunity for my personal and mainly physical development. Another job appeared as I worked at reception for longer term already. The talks went around the company and I got offer from another field in the same company. So in Provident Financial, s.r.o. I do the receptionist and also work in IT Development as an administrator. Here I can finally apply the knowledge I gain about IT during the studies at Unicorn College as it is mainly IT school. Very new field of working was for me a position as a Project Manager and Marketing Manager. It is within a small company just starting up. I hope that my enthusiasm can help at the beginnings to become more and more successful. Marketing as a subject is my favorite since Holland and organizing people and event is my dreamed target in my professional future. Within these positions I will be organizing and providing a workshops and presentations for companies and individuals. I hope this will be an amazing experience to get many interesting contacts and grow personally within this profession.

Very important target this year is becoming my thesis which I have to vindicate next February. Topic of a work as big as final thesis at the university is not an easy homework. Topic of my thesis now is about a Hotel Industry. I will do investigation about the professionalism, quality and operation management within this field. The aim of this research is to gain information and invent possible development in all of this. I chose this topic mainly because I would like to have hotel myself in the future. Therefore I believe it will help me in my plans and creating ideas to fill the gap in the market and be successful.

What is next? What is waiting for me this year? That is very good question for myself as well. What I would like the most is to make this year even better then it was the previous one. Why? Well, if we don’t have targets to reach higher levels by little steps every year, month or day, we wouldn’t be able to reach what we are able to. Unfortunatelly, most people don’t even realize what they are capable of. Mainly because setting borders. These are only set ups of a person because of fear of failure. There is so much to observe every minute and we have to learn, develop ourselves and then teach others. If we will not do this process, the ignorance will slow down our personal, but also global development. The world won’t have any chance to go further and be better. Therefore, dream and try to reach your dreams. You can do so much in just one day. Think about it.

Since I came back from Netherlands I got also many offers from modeling and photographic field. This photo is one of the examples :).

I had to take a photo with little mole while participating at a Hall European Championship in Athletics. This Czech fairytale character was a mascot of the event. Also golden medalist got little effigy of him. Golden medal got Pavel Maslak for 400 meters run and also Jakub Housa who win in 1500 meters run.
