I am right in the middle of my undergraduate studies

It is nearly the end of second term which means there are only few lectures and tutorial left. Then it’s time for revisions before final exams.

During term students of economics at UCLU hand in assignments, but none of them actually count towards our final grade. The only exemptions are some electives, which in my case is my German. My grammar, vocabulary and listening skills have already been assessed by in-class examination and I’m also currently finishing my project. Being very lucky and spending few days of autumn reading week in Hamburg I did not have to look for topic of my project for too long. It is wonderful to base my work around place that I have actually been to and learn more about the history of the city.

The end of term means little break from work too as the student union is closed between terms. The Clubs & Society Reception is therefore closed and there are also no workshops to assist with. I am very much looking forward to catching up on my studies and simply not to see my uniform for a few weeks. The exam period lasts six weeks and I therefore hope I will manage to have a least a little break to relax and then be ready for the very important exams. Fingers crossed !
