Alinuur Bille Hassan

I came here from Somalia, planning to study medicine. When I was growing up, my family was ill all the time. It really hurt me, and I wanted to help them.

In 2012, The Kellner Family Foundation offered me a grant to study at Open Gate School. This was a great opportunity for my medical career. Thanks to the Foundation, I completed my IB diploma course in 2014.

In September 2014, I enrolled at Charles University’s Second Faculty of Medicine, taking General Medicine as my major subject.

Goals

Graduate in general medicine and become a physician. I would like to spend my life helping people, and therefore would like to work with Doctors Without Borders.
