Chapman University

Field of study

Obchodní administrativa, Ekonomie

I come from Prague. I have had the opportunity to get to know Czech, German and American business cultures – at home, when working for Bosch, and in the US, respectively. Ever since high school, I was interested in business, finance and management, in particular in corporate governance. I have been actively trading on the stock market. I’m interested in politics. When in the US, I had an opportunity to meet many important people from various political parties, including a personal encounter with President Barack Obama, presidential candidate Mitt Romney, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and the former CEO of eBay and current CEO of Hewlett-Packard, Meg Whitman.

I focus on comparative studies of Europe’s and America’s economic systems and their effects on economies and standards of living. I am currently in my last year of the Business Administration Bachelor program at Chapman University, focusing on finance. Once I graduate from Chapman University, I plan on continuing my studies at the Law School so that I can build my career as a corporate lawyer afterwards.
