Šárka Miková

She graduated in psychology from Charles University’s Faculty of Arts and worked as a psychologist at the Teaching and Psychology Counseling Center in Český Krumlov. She has been focusing on teacher education in the application of personality typology, communications, and evaluation for a long time. She runs a private psychology practice, providing parents with advice on childrearing and education. She creates and implements development programs for individuals and companies in motivation, communications, and cooperation; the programs are based on type theory. As a member of the project’s team of instructors, she participates in selecting new project schools and organizing training events.

She has three children. Her interests include reading and sports, and she is a competitive triathlete.
