Kateřina Sobotková

She graduated from Charles University’s Faculty of Education in Czech Language & Literature Teaching. She taught Czech, Civic Education and Social Studies at the Jan Neruda Grammar School in Prague from 1998. She taught Czech for foreigners and took courses in critical thinking and teaching skills. Since 2011, she has been involved in the Varianty educational program run by People in Need; she started out as a methodologist in the Efficient Teaching of Transversal Topics while Developing Literacy course. She is currently the Teaching Globally project coordinator and an instructional coach at the Husova Elementary School in Brno.
